SMS Alerts not working properly

This is to notify patients that since the NHS swapped suppliers for its SMS alerting service (the service we use to remind you of your appointment) it has been a little bit unreliable. We apologise but it is out of our hands!
For those that are interested the NHS moved from Vodafone to EE!
