Our online services will be suspended from this weekend!

Important Reminder

This weekend we will be switching off our online services (online repeat prescription and online appointment booking).

This is because we are readying ourselves for our systems upgrade which will be occurring between 26th October and 3rd November. If you have not read about it yet please review our website here.

Please keep reviewing this blog for news updates, as we will switch on the replacement service as soon as possible. (We are as keen as you are to have it working ASAP!).

Your usual GP

Whilst the practice offers each patient the choice of all our doctors for appointments, each patient is allocated a "usual GP" who has overall responsibility for a patients care. It will be this GP who predominantly deals with the administration aspects of a patient's care.

To find out who is your usual GP you can:

    - contact the surgery and ask reception.

    - look on the top of your repeat prescription. The name at the top is your usual GP.

Reminder - we are updating our computer systems

This is just a gentle reminder that the surgery will be undergoing a major system upgrade at the end of this month.

We will be switching off our online services over the weekend of 24th/25th October. Over the last days of October and the first couple of weeks of November we need you to bear with us as we set up, and get our final stages of training on the new system.

Please could you try to avoid ordering prescriptions between 29th Oct - 3rd November.
